The MSP® Foundation and Practitioner certifications provide a comprehensive understanding of the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) framework. The Foundation level introduces the core principles, governance themes, and transformational flow required to manage programmes effectively. It focuses on building a strong foundation in managing multiple projects that align with organisational objectives.

The Practitioner level takes this knowledge further by teaching you how to apply the MSP framework to real-world scenarios. It focuses on managing complex programmes, aligning them with strategic goals, and delivering long-term benefits. This certification is ideal for programme managers, project managers, and professionals responsible for leading large-scale change initiatives and ensuring successful outcomes.
