About The Apprenticeship
Learning Outcomes
The Project Controls Professional apprenticeship will support the development of leadership skills required within the project controls environment. You will gain an advanced knowledge of the validity, integrity, assurance and accountability of the data worked with on projects.

At the end of the apprenticeship, you will be able to:

  1. Determine the required project controls procedures, methods and systems to provide the project manager with reliable, consistent, quality and technical controls information
  2. Interpret technical project documents
  3. Implement and enforce project control change
  4. Evaluate invitations to tenders received, contractual requirements and bid responses in order to create project controls content for bid responses
  5. Differentiate between the different assurance techniques including benchmarking and published data to assure estimated schedules, cost estimates and cost forecasting
