PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a popular and widely used methodology. The ability to tailor the methodology makes it suitable for projects of all types. It emphasises the dividing of projects into manageable and controllable stages.
The objective of the PRINCE2 Foundation course is to give participants knowledge of all the PRINCE2 principles, themes, responsibilities, processes, activities and techniques and the chance to explore them so that they are able to work as a member of a project team, conducted according to the PRINCE2 method.
The PRINCE2 Foundation level is a course entry requirement for the follow-on qualification levels.
The PRINCE2 Foundation qualification is intended for project managers and aspiring project managers.
It is also relevant to other key staff involved in the design, development and delivery of projects.

The PRINCE2 Foundation is a one hour, 60-question, multiple-choice exam. Please note this is a closed book examination.
This is an online, self paced, distant learning course. Candidates will have access to the course for 120 days with an option to buy supplementary weeks of access to the course if they wish.
