The online course is £505 + VAT and solely includes the online learning content. It does not include the exam preparation workshop and exam. The blended package costs £1,495 + VAT and includes the online course, exam preparation workshop and exam.What courses offer the ‘Guaranteed Pass’?
The guaranteed pass is available for the following courses:
· APM PFQ classroom course

Our Guaranteed Pass promise means that if you do not pass the exam first time, we will continue to support you and pay for you to resit the exam.
There are no limits to the number of times you can resit an exam with us however all resits must be booked within 6 months to be eligible for the Guaranteed Pass.How long does it take to complete the online APM PFQ course?
The PFQ course is approximately 25 hours of e-learning however it is important to note that learners study at different paces, so the 25 hours is an average and you may need longer. How long does it take to complete the online APM PMQ course?

Assessment is through a three-hour paper where candidates must answer ten from sixteen questions. Is there a fast track route for PRINCE2 Registered Practitioners and the APM PMQ?
Yes, PRINCE2 Registered Practitioners will sit a two-hour paper that recognises prior learning. In this paper, candidates must answer six from ten questions.Can I pay in instalments?
Unfortunately, we do not offer staged payments. We require one payment in full 7 working days before the start date. Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, if you would like to pay by invoice, we will please need a copy of the purchase order to generate an invoice for you. What happens if I book a course and I am unable to attend?
You can cancel or reschedule any course, however 20|20 are entitled to payment from the client in accordance with this clause:
More than 60 days - No charge
30-60 days - 25% of course fee + £100 rescheduling charge
14-30 days - 50% of course fee + £100 rescheduling charge
Less than 14 days - 100% of course fee + 100% of course fee rescheduling charge
