About The Apprenticeship
Learning Outcomes
It's easy to become an Apprentice Associate Project Manager with 20/20! This 2 year apprenticeship will provide you with an in depth understanding of project governance, stakeholder management, budgeting and risk management.
At the end of the apprenticeship, you will be able to:

  1. Describe the different types of organisational structures, functions and project phases of different types of projects
  2. Analyse the different interests and influence of stakeholders on a project
  3. Identify the critical components of a business case including benefits management
  4. Explain the need for and implantation of a risk management plan on a project, including risk identification and assessment methods
  5. Differentiate between the contexts in which projects can be delivered, including health, safety and environment management
