Skills Bootcamps in Applied Project Management & Project Controls
In September 2022, we were awarded Government funding to deliver a series of Skills Bootcamps in Applied Project Management in partnership with Intertrain (a City & Guilds company). This enabled us to combine academic theory with practical application and provide delegates an opportunity to ‘put into practice’ what they had learnt in the APM Project Management Qualification (APM PMQ). This was all sandwiched between a competency assessment at the start and finish of the course to measure distance travelled. All of this was provided with the DfE supporting 70% of the course cost for large employer and 90% for SMEs to date.
The Skills Bootcamps in Applied Project Management have proved extremely popular with many courses becoming full and enabling us to win additional funding to run more. In real terms this has seen our clients utilising the Skills Bootcamps to train over 100+ people and leverage over £500k of funding to support their employees.
Following the success of our Skills Bootcamps, we are pleased to confirm have managed to secure funding for Skills Bootcamps in Applied Project Controls. These will enable employers to develop their teams in critical areas such as estimating, planning, scheduling, and commercial awareness. These courses will be top and tailed with a competency assessment in project controls.
Here's what our delegates are saying:
''The face-to-face sessions are immensely helpful for understanding the syllabus in practice and the running of the session were smooth and well-planned.''
''Fantastic delivery of APM PMQ training with a nice combination of online and face-to-face learning.''
