3rd in the UK Line Dancing Championships, Kelly joined 20/20 in January 2017 in the role of Learning and Development Co-ordinator responsible for all course bookings from initial contact to final examinations. Kelly is now part of the Business Development team in the position of Events and Systems Lead. Her main role is to implement the public and in-house course schedule and maximise facilitators and subcontractor’s occupancy level to ensure cost effectiveness while maintaining quality.
