A self-confessed cat lover and mum of one (two including Nala, the cat), Gemma joined the team in January 2017. Her role consists of supporting the Director of Sales and Marketing in the delivery of the Sales & Marketing Strategy. Gemma is also the Employee Elected Trustee for 20/20 and is currently undertaking a Team Leader Apprenticeship with Fareport Training.
