This fully accredited course is aligned to the Association for Project Management’s (APM’s) Project Risk Management Single Subject Certificate two syllabus and exam.
The course is designed to determine an individual’s knowledge, understanding and capability in project risk management sufficient to allow an individual to undertake formal project risk management.
There is an assumption that candidates will already have knowledge equivalent to APM Risk Management Single Subject Certificate one syllabus and exam. Although not a pre-requisite, certificate one is highly recommended prior to taking the second certificate.
The APM Project Risk Management Single Subject Certificate Level 2 is designed for people already in possession of foundation level knowledge and who need to be able to apply a risk management process in a project environment.
This course is a two-day classroom based course. The afternoon of the second day concludes with a three hours and fifteen minute written exam. The candidates will answer one mandatory question, plus will select and answer a further two questions from four presented.
