About The Course
Course Content
This Level 5 qualification in Management and Leadership is designed for practicing middle managers and those aspiring to senior management who want to develop their core management skills such as managing resources, recruitment and information management.

The Certificate provides a broad base of knowledge and skills that will take on average between 3 and 6 months to complete.
20/20 offer the following units* for the Level 5 Certificate. Learners must complete these to a minimum Total Qualification time of 130 hours.

• Unit 503- Principles of Managing and Leading Individuals and Teams To Achieve Success (50 hours)
• Unit 509- Managing Stakeholder Relationships (40 hours)
• Unit 513 Managing Projects to Achieve Results (60 hours)

On completion of each unit, the learner will submit a written assignment for assessment and certification. 

Upon successful completion of their qualification, learners are able to progress further learning within the suite of Level 5 Qualifications.
