20/20 has just been re-assessed by Investors in People (IIP) and has been awarded their Gold standard. Having held the Silver standard for several years, obtaining gold has been the result of everyone’s hard work and dedication to continuous improvement. Around 15000 organisations in over 75 countries hold the IIP accreditation but under 20% achieve the Gold standard.
IIP assesses how companies lead, support, and develop the workforce to achieve business results. 2020 has shown we have the right principles and practices in place, and we can continue to develop on these in the future.
