Learning & Development Coordinator

Karen initially joined 20/20 to cover maternity leave in January 2018 however quickly became part of the team and was made a permanent member of staff in January 2019.

Karen is our Learning & Development Coordinator and one of the main points of contacts in the Customer Services team. Karen’s main duties are managing course and exam bookings. Karen also liaises with clients and our partners daily assisting with course and exam queries always ensuring excellent customer service. Karen has previously worked in administrative roles in the Oil & Gas Sector in HR and Offshore Training Administration- she is also a qualified hairdresser! Karen holds an SVQ In Office Administration Level 2, Introduction to Computer Applications and Scotvec in Hairdressing, Beauty and Manicure.
