This course is suitable for anyone working in a project environment, especially project managers and project team members looking for best practice methodology.
PRINCE2® (2009) Practitioner provides an opportunity to apply the theory of the PRINCE2 methodology to a real life derived scenario. This is used to confirm a thourough understanding of the application of PRINCE2 using latest 2009 version. The course will provide participants with the ability to organize, plan and control projects using the PRINCE2(2009) method.
The PRINCE2® Practitioner follows the syllabus set down by the APM Group, including:
• Examination format
• Examination Procedure
• Examination Hints & Tips
• Typical topics for preparation and individual practical work include:
• Product-based planning
• Risk Analysis
• Business Case
• Configuration Management & Change Control quality
• Examination review Period for examination candidates
On day 2 delegates will undertake a 2.5 hour Practitioner Scenario-based, objective testing, multiple choice examination, successful candidates will be awarded the PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate.
This course which has been accredited by the APM Group and comprises of an intensive 2 day programme leading to the PRINCE2® Practitioner.
Delegates must complete the PRINCE2® Foundation prior to attending the PRINCE2® Practitioner programme. All delegates will receive pre-reading materials and the Managing Successful Projects with PRINCE2® manual. Additional home-working will also be required.
