NEI Training WINNERCertificate of Nuclear Professionalism – This certificate is a higher educational programme designed to equip individuals with the necessary skills required for today’s professional working in the nuclear industry. It has been developed by the National Skills Academy for Nuclear and the Open University. The certificate incorporates 7 training modules.

Project Management – Module 5 of the programme provides an individual with an awareness of the tools and techniques used in project management and how these concepts are applied in a nuclear context.

The APM Introductory Certificate in Project Management is one of our 2 accredited options for Module 5 of the programme, the other being the APM Project Management Professional.

Who is it for?

This course is designed for those new to working in projects, or non-project staff in the Nuclear industry who desire an appreciation of the project environment and project management terminology. This course forms Module 5 of the wider CONP (Certificate of Nuclear Professionalism) – delivered in partnership with the National Skills Academy Nuclear (NSAN) and the Open University.

What is it about?

Project Management qualifications

Delegates will also undertake a one-hour multiple choice examination and successful candidates will be awarded the APM’s Introductory Certificate in Project Management. Completion of this course awards candidates with Module 5 of the Certificate of Nuclear Professionalism.
