A fitness enthusiast, Tom has completed 2 Ironman triathlons and is always in search of the next endurance test. He joined the team in 2014 as a Business Development Manager before being promoted in 2018 to Director of Sales and Marketing. In 2021 Tom took over as Chief Executive Officer of 20/20 Business Insight Limited. He account manages a number of large corporate clients whilst also engaging with key partners such as the Association for Project Management, the Engineering Construction Industry Training Board, The Institution of Civil Engineers and ASPECT.
