Customer Services & Quality Manager

As a netballer, one time London Marathon Runner and keen sports enthusiast, Rachel joined the team in January 2021. Rachel previously spent 6 years working for British Athletics before joining 20/20 Project Management. Her main role is to lead the Customer Services Team in ensuring the smooth and effective service to all our customers and clients. She is currently working towards her APM Project Fundamentals Qualification.
