Loud and proud sausage dog owner and dog lover, Kelly joined the team in May 2021 as a Customer Services Administrator. Kelly’s main role is to manage course and exam bookings and assist with course and exam queries always ensuring excellent customer service. She is currently working towards her APM Project Fundamentals Qualification.
