What is ELCAS?

The Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme (ELC) is a Ministry of Defence (MoD) initiative that provides funding to Serving Personnel and Service Leavers to support their career development. This scheme promotes lifelong learning for members of the Royal Navy, Army, and Royal Air Force (RAF), helping them transition smoothly into civilian careers.

As an MoD-approved learning provider and a member of the Enhanced Learning Credit Provider List (ELCAS), we accept Enhanced Learning Credits (ELC) for the following project management qualifications:

• APM Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ)

• APM Project Professional Qualification (PPQ)
