We are thrilled to announce a major milestone in 20/20’s journey. As of 16th May 2025, 20/20 is officially 100% employee-owned.

Our path to full employee ownership began in 2018, when we first transitioned to an employee ownership model, becoming 60% employee-owned through the establishment of our Employee Ownership Trust (EOT). This was followed by a further transfer in 2021, taking us to 90% employee ownership. Now, with the remaining 10% of shares transferred, we are proud to say the business is wholly owned by the people who help it thrive every day – our employees.

This historic moment is a testament to our team's dedication, shared purpose, and belief in the long-term success of 20/20. It formalises what has always been at the heart of our business: a collective commitment to delivering excellence and shaping a resilient future together.

Our CEO, Tom Vincent, reflects on this moment:
