I recently participated in the Project Controls Skills Bootcamp with 20/20 and the experience exceeded my expectations. The blend of virtual and in-person training was exceptional, keeping me fully engaged throughout. The application workshop at the end of the Skills Bootcamp was particularly beneficial, as it allowed me to solidify all of the knowledge I had gained during the course and apply it directly to my organisation's processes... It has only been 3 days since I completed the course and I have already utilised some of my new skills at work! Gary and Pauline, our facilitators, were so engaging and knowledgeable. They quickly answered any questions we had and linked all of the learning to our current job roles. I cannot speak highly enough of 20/20; they have really helped me in pushing my project controls career forward.

The Skills Bootcamp in Applied Project Controls is a fantastic way to boost your skills in order to build on your current knowledge and experience, and will also educate you on areas you may not have been exposed to before that could be applied to your role in the future.The facilitators that delivered this course absolutely make the company what it is, and should be treated like the biggest asset to 20/20. They were extremely adaptable in relating the content to my current role and therefore making it easier to learn. Everyone I dealt with from initial sign up to completion have been friendly, approachable and professional. Nothing was too much trouble when asking questions etc.

The Skills Bootcamp offered an effective hybrid learning experience. The format blended virtual teaching sessions with in-person classroom sessions, which resulted in a rich learning experience. Pauline, our virtual facilitator, delivered each session with enthusiasm, fun, and a huge amount of knowledge, making the content both engaging and informative. The theory we had learned in the virtual classroom was then reinforced in our two-day in-person workshop. Gary, who was our facilitator for the workshop, created a safe learning environment, where his support and expert guidance enabled our group to tackle tasks with confidence. I cannot recommend the Skills Bootcamp enough for anyone who is either already working in the Project Controls environment or looking to take their first steps.

It has had a tangible and positive impact on our employees' professional development and our support of customer project delivery. Post-training, we've observed a marked improvement in our team's ability to identify and mitigate risks and they are working together using technical language about planning, commercial and general project management. Some of our staff have been able to accelerate their customer-facing work because of the qualifications they obtained and the increase in workload has been managed with minimal fuss. The company culture and general teamwork amongst the new entrants in our company has also improved. The bootcamp learners were a team of 4, who experienced the journey together which was great for team development and camaraderie.
