You will develop expertise in identifying, allocating resources, scheduling, and meticulously monitoring activities across the project lifecycle. You will also gain an understanding of how to monitor project objectives and milestones and be able to adeptly adapt plans to accommodate evolving circumstances. 

Develop expertise in:

• Organisation structures, functions, and project phases
• Stakeholder Analysis
• Identifying the critical components of a business case
• Risk managment
• Health, safety & environment management

Who is it for?

• Ideal for individuals with some project environment experience or hold a foundational project management qualification. 
• With additional training and experience, an Associate Project Manager could progress into a Project Management role or move into a project specialist role in areas such as project controls.

Entry requirements:
For this apprenticeship, it is preferable to have achieved at least a Level 2 or equivalent in English and Maths.
