In light of the continued Coronavirus situation please see the below guidance for attending 20/20 training courses.
20/20 has replaced all of its public open courses with virtual delivery via our Live Online Learning (LOL) platform, until 29th May 2020. This will impact all courses scheduled after 23rd March 2020 and will be reviewed regularly.
Our LOL delivery replicates the interaction of the our typical classroom sessions. We have been delivering Live Online Learning successfully for a number of clients for over 4 years.
Every classroom day will usually be replaced by approximately 2x 2 hour virtual classroom session (typically 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon) and delivered on the existing scheduled delivery days. Some LOL delivered courses may include some additional offline work between sessions. Delegates will also have access to the full online course also.
The Association for Project Management (APM) are currently working on developing the an online option for the Project Management Qualification exam. Once this has happened, this will replace the classroom exam.
As a result of the point above, where people are due to attend the Exam Preparation and Exam workshop, the preparation element will run via the virtual classroom detail above, but the classroom exams will be arranged at a future date and once an online option is available, we will update delegates accordingly.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs):
What are the maximum numbers in a virtual classroom group?
12, this is to ensure the best level of interaction between delegates and allow everyone to participate in the course.
How are 20/20 delivering a 9-5 classroom course in 4 hours of online delivery?
All of the same learning objectives covered in any classroom course will be covered in the virtual classroom, but the method and way it is delivered is different. With the virtual classroom, a lot of interaction is via questions and responses utilising white-boards that everyone can write on at the same time. This speeds up the pace of delivery, and keeps the engagement high, whilst delivering the same learning outputs. The way in which the learning is embedded is via test questions that are often set to be done post the 2-hour LOL. In general delivery via the virtual classroom is higher paced and more condensed in order to maintain delegate interaction. In addition, the time take for breaks and lunch that are normally included in a classroom delivered programme are not included and come between the delivery of the virtual classroom sessions.
What training materials are required?
The format of the courses is different for delivery via the virtual classroom. All documents that the delegates will need will be sent to them electronically for them to refer to and print off if needed.
