Neil is a management professional with over twenty years’ project experience. Neil’s career began with GEC-Avery Group in the mid-80s commissioning production line equipment into food and drink factories before making a conscious move into ICT and spent the next four years working with Apple technologies.
After a move into IT services Neil spent the next fifteen years implementing large scale IT driven change programmes in hard hat industries such as upstream oil and gas, engineering and petrochemicals. Latterly this involved the design and execution of tailored training programmes to support projects deploying Maintenance Management Systems such as SAP and IBM Maximo across sites in Europe, North America and West Africa.
Neil joined 20/20 as Operations Director in 2010 with the mission to digitise our customer’s learning journey and develop blended learning pathways to allow anytime, anywhere learning for our clients.
He has seventeen years board level experience, is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Member of the Institute of Directors. Neil is also a Trustee on the 20/20 Employee Ownership Trust.
