Kelly joined 20/20 in January 2017 in the role of Learning and Development Co-ordinator responsible for all course bookings from initial contact to final examinations. Kelly is now part of the Customer Services team in the position of Learning and Development Manager. Her main role is to implement the public / inhouse course schedule and maximise facilitators/subcontractor’s occupancy level to ensure cost effectiveness while maintaining quality.
Previously, Kelly’s background was originally in the Oil and Gas industry as an Operations Supervisor responsible for 300+ international workforce within the Gulf of Mexico where Kelly was positioned on a 4/3 rotation.
Kelly has Emergency Response training in Personnel Tracking and Relatives Response along with foundation level Basic Drilling Awareness.
