George joined 20/20 in 2007 from his previous role at BAE systems in the UK, South Africa and Saudi Arabia where he was involved in the learning and development of air force engineers.
His early years were taken up by military service, where George was an engineering technician (Weapons) for the RAF.
George began his 20/20 career as a facilitator before becoming training manager and now associate director for learning and development, overseeing classroom and virtual classroom learning products and environments.
George is qualified in level 4 management of learning and development. He also holds the APMPMQ, APMPQ and PMP qualifications. He is also a member of the PMI and a fellow of the APM.
