Sales Administrator

Gemma joined the 20/20 Business Development team in April 2021 as a Sales Administrator, coming from an administration, sales and customer service background. Gemma started her career gaining years of hospitality office experience including conference & event co-ordination, hotel reservations administration, reception and customer service, before doing some backpacking in Asia and Australia and gaining some work experience overseas. Upon touching back down in the UK, Gemma became an International Travel Consultant where she developed further sales and client management skills, creating bespoke itineraries for both leisure and corporate travellers. Gemma hopes to transfer her skills to the training industry, and is currently working towards the Project Fundamentals Qualification (PFQ).
