We Are Employee-Owned

We're proud to be an employee-owned company. In 2018, we created the 20/20 Employee Ownership Trust to secure our long-term success.

This trust features an elected Employee Trustee who actively participates in Board meetings, ensuring adherence to our Trust Deed. Guided by transparency and inclusivity, we are dedicated to corporate social responsibility and community engagement.

Each year, we select a Charity of the Year and collectively contribute to six social values, demonstrating our commitment to making a positive impact.

Wellbeing

We prioritise employee wellbeing. We have 3 dedicated Wellbeing Champions who promote holistic wellness initiatives, including workout sessions and educational talks. Employees also have access to Vitality Health Insurance for added peace of mind.

Employee Upskilling

We invest in our team's development. Each year, we create personalised training plans to align with our business strategy, investing in our team's growth.

Fundraising for Charity

Community support is integral to our values. Annually, we select a charity to support through fundraising efforts, aiming not only to raise funds but also to raise awareness and foster a sense of teamwork. This year, our goal is to raise £2,020 for Shelter.

Volunteering

We dedicate our time and expertise to meaningful causes, especially organisations that may lack the resources to access necessary expertise. Our team members actively volunteer throughout the year, contributing to initiatives such as volunteering for Abertay University, serving as a Trustee for SmartSTEM, and providing support for APM award events.

Donating to Local Causes

We embrace a familial atmosphere, acknowledging that our team members have lives beyond the office. We understand the significance of personal interests, whether they involve participation in clubs or engagement in family activities. To support our employees' passions, we allocate a dedicated budget annually for contributions to local causes of their choice.

Supporting STEM

As advocates for STEM fields, we engage with organisations like SmartSTEM to support the next generation of professionals in technical industries. We're committed to advancing STEM careers through initiatives like the Project Management Challenge Awards.
