When did you found 20/20 Project Management Training?
I founded 20/20 Project Management Training in 2003.

What are your main responsibilities? 
As Chair of 2020 Business Group, I am responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of the Board, including the good governance of all Group Businesses and their effective operation. My role includes leading digital business transformation via a Knowledge Transfer Project (KTP) with Abertay University, maintaining key client relationships, specialist subject matter expertise, and working closely with the Group CEO and other Board members to improve shareholder value for our employees. 

What do you enjoy about working at 20/20? 
I enjoy the commitment everyone has to each other’s success.? I love being part of an employee-owned company where everyone regards themselves as a company owner as well as a team member. It drives engagement, innovation, and makes work interesting.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself... 
I have taken part in several car rallies, including the European Cannonball Run (winning a time trial in Italy and racing at the Grand Prix Circuit at Monza).
