Get to Know: Rachel Scott

When did you start working at 20/20?
I started working at 20/20 in January 2021.

What are your main responsibilities?  
My primary responsibilities involve overseeing the smooth operation of our Customer Service function. Leading a dedicated team, I ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our valued customers and clients on a daily basis. Additionally, as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I contribute to the strategic development of our Customer Service operations.

I am also responsible for our Quality Management System. I am always looking ways to continuously improve our processes and services.

What do you enjoy about working at 20/20? 
The best thing about working at 20/20 is working within a team where people truly support each other. The culture we have created means that I love coming to work.  

What qualifications & achievements do you have?

  • Level 3 Safeguarding Adults 2023 
  • APM Project Fundamentals Qualification 2022 
  • NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety 2019 
  • Bournemouth University BA (Hons) 2012
