I started working at 20/20 in 2017.

What are your main responsibilities? 
My primary responsibilities are to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with organisational goals, client needs, and market trends. I also empower my team to foster a customer-centric approach where we understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.  

What do you enjoy about working at 20/20? 
It is cliché but we are like a family here at 20/20. The culture is positive, and everyone works hard and knows the part they play in the success of the business. We live our values, and these allow people to excel in their respective roles, ensuring that everyone’s strengths are leveraged for collective success.
