When did you start working at 20/20?
I joined the 20/20 team in May 2024.

What are your main responsibilities?  

My main responsibilities include supporting the customer services team, working with the examining bodies to ensure we are compliant and also supporting the sales team on our Skills Bootcamps.

What do you enjoy about working at 20/20?

I enjoy working with a great team, providing high quality customer service to our clients and working closely with the examining bodies to ensure we are providing the best possible courses.

What qualifications & achievements do you have?

• Level 2 Diploma in Business Administration
• APM Project Fundamentals Qualification
