When did you start working at 20/20?
I joined the 20/20 team in June 2024.

What are your main responsibilities?  

My role incorporates the successful development, delivery, and facilitation of accredited and bespoke or tailored programmes. It requires a detailed understanding of project management and leadership skills, facilitation skills and customer satisfaction responsibilities. The role involves the creation and delivery of training aligned to awarding bodies such as the Association for Project Management (APM), Projects in Controlled Environments (PRINCE2), The Chartered Management Institute (CMI), as well as bespoke training tailored to the needs of our customers.

What do you enjoy about working at 20/20?

Mostly the people of 20/20. I enjoy the culture of the company which has the right balance of being supportive, working hard, playing hard and encouraging our continuous development.  I also like that no member of the team feels inaccessible, all the way up to the senior leadership team who are open and approachable.
