When did you start working at 20/20?
I started working for 20/20 in 2007.

What are your main responsibilities? 
My primary responsibilities involve overseeing the operations function, which involves the management of both the Customer Services and Learning & Development teams.

What do you enjoy about working at 20/20? 
Collectively, we have a can-do attitude. We have strong values as a business and everyone in the company works hard to live up to those values.
