When did you start working at 20/20?
I started working at 20/20 in April 2021.

What are your main responsibilities?
My main responsibilities involve overseeing training requirements, building relationships with both new and established clients, providing expert advice on our diverse portfolio of project management, project controls, and project leadership courses, and actively participating in conferences and events through exhibitions.

What do you enjoy about working at 20/20?
I enjoy working at 20/20 as everyone has a great level of respect for each other and we do a lot of fun things as a team. Working remotely means we don’t see each other face-to-face that often, but when we do we always enjoy it. In recent years we have traveled to Edinburgh, Barcelona, and Newcastle to name a few places, and it’s always a great dynamic. In addition to this, everyone works hard to achieve a common goal and we all support each other in our roles.

• BTEC National Diploma Level 3 in Travel & Tourism 
• Various NVQs and City & Guilds qualifications 
• APMG Project Planning and Control Foundation Level
