When did you start working at 20/20?
I started working at 20/20 in 2021.

What are your main responsibilities?
The development and maintenance of our eLearning modules as well as maintaining and providing technical support for our Learning Management System (LMS).

What do you enjoy about working at 20/20?
I enjoy being employee-owned, knowing that my contributions have an impact on the success of 20/20, and working alongside a great bunch of people. 

What qualifications & achievements do you have?
University of Huddersfield BSc (Hons) 2003.
