When did you start working at 20/20?
I started working at 20/20 in November 2022.

What are your main responsibilities?  
I manage all aspects of the VQ assessment centre, guaranteeing alignment with the standards set by the Awarding Body and also ensuring high quality delivery of qualifications. Additionally, I provide management and support to internal assessors, overseeing their caseloads of learners to ensure compliance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and targets.

I also personally manage a caseload, conducting assessments for the ECITB Level 3 Diploma in Project Controls (RQF) and the ECITB Level 6 Diploma in Advance Project Controls Practice and Techniques (RQF).

What do you enjoy about working at 20/20? 
20/20 are a second family, the core values are at the heart of everyone, and this is evident in the support, encouragement, care, and respect everyone has for each other. Alongside centre coordinator role, I have the pleasure of being a part of a learner’s journey, providing guidance and support through their Diplomas in Project Controls.
