Depending on the course, you may be able to reschedule your exam for a fee.

Your Online Classroom Exam date will be included in your Joining Instructions. You will also receive a separate exam confirmation email before your course starts from our Customer Service Team, with details and the MS Teams Link.

Your exam date is included within your booking, it will usually be the end date of the course. If you have any queries about this, please click here to contact our customer services team.

With plenty of preparation and study, we hope that this will not be needed. We understand however, that not everything always goes to plan. Should you need to take your exam again, you will be required to pay for a resit exam. You will then be able to re-take the test at a time that suits you.
