PRINCE2: Foundation and Practitioner qualification courses combined
What is the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner Combined course?
The Foundation course covers the basics and addresses the terminology of the PRINCE2 method, while the Practitioner course puts this knowledge into practice and shows learners how to practically apply the methodology. Taking the combined course is a time-efficient way of getting to Practitioner level from a standing start.
Who is it for?
This course is suitable for anyone working in a project environment, including project managers and team members and will provide participants with the ability to organize, plan and control projects using the PRINCE2® methodology.
What are the benefits?
Having both of the PRINCE2 qualifications is great for your CV as it is a commonly used standard for IT Project Managers. Having your staff qualified in PRINCE2 (or the other appropriate Project Management methodologies such as the APM) means that you will see higher staff retention rates, you will have a greater knowledge base, greater consistency, your teams will have a greater understanding of context and your project communication will greatly improve.
