Who is it for?

This course is designed for project managers, project team members, other managers and all those who would benefit from exposure to best practice in project management. The online delivery offers the flexibility of distance learning study allowing participants to manage their study time around work and social commitments.

What is it about?

The course which has been accredited by The Project Management Institute (PMI)® aims to provide a forum for Project Managers and members of project teams to gain exposure to Best Practice in Project Management in its broadest sense. Using the professional standard of the PMI® as the basis for the program, the topics are addressed by demonstrating best practices and applying these to a simulation project. The PMI® Project Management Professional (online) provides an opportunity to study for the Project Management Institute’s Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM)® or Project Management Professional (PMP)® credentials at times suitable to the learner’s own pace (approximately 60 hours of learning content).
