This workshop has been developed to prepare candidates for the Project Management Institute (PMI)® Certificated Associate of Project Management (CAPM)® or the Project Management Professional (PMP)® credential, depending on the experience of the workshop delegate. These qualifications are aimed at project managers and aspiring project managers who wish to demonstrate their knowledge and application of project management and covers all the knowledge areas and process groups from the PMI’s Body of Knowledge, which is considered fundamental to the professional management of projects.
This workshop is designed to measure the knowledge level of the delegate in all relevant areas of Project Management and arm them with the tools, techniques and a definitive plan to ensure gaining the relevant qualification.
The program syllabus includes a review of the key elements of the PMI®, CAPM® and PMP® programs, which have been included in the Project Management Professional Course. In addition the following areas are addressed:

As with all 20|20 learning interventions this program will be participative, interactive and fun while meeting all pre-arranged learning and organizational outcomes.
